We had a wonderful vacation in July 2004 in Glacier National Park, Montana. We enjoyed the pleasure of the company of the Pojes - Jim and Sandy, Nadine, Sally and John + Grandfolks Mary and Warren. The Johnsons - Andrew and Penny, Lizzie, Alice and Angus.

We travelled by train from San Jose to East Glacier Park, Montana - 2 nights and 1 day. We stayed for 3 nights in Many Glacier Hotel, 3 nights in Apgar Village and 2 nights at Sperry Chalet.

One of the best holidays we've ever had - thanks guys for your splendid company.

 

Jim and Sandy suggested we go rafting down the Middle Fork of the Flathead River. What a brilliant idea. This is where they shot "A River Runs Through it" - a really great movie. And what a good afternoon we had.
