The Wedding - May 14, 2005

Houston Wedding May 2005 (3 of 10) :

Fiona and John's Wedding took place in "Rockefeller Hall" in downtown Houston. A bus was provided to transport the guests from the hotel where we were staying to the venue. We were met by a piper and received by our hosts Irene and Robert.

The Wedding was very nice indeed. 4 Beautiful Bridesmaids and a Flower Girl. 4 Magnificent Groomsmen turned out in kilts - Royal Stewart Tartan. The piper played as the bride came down the aisle. The ceremony was very nice with very moving wedding vows written and read by both Fiona and John.

There were lots of guests - on two levels. About 100 family downstairs. The gallery had about 50 guests with a marvellous view overlooking the proceedings. The Ceremony was followed by dinner, speeches and dancing.
