We're having a little break in Marin County between Christmas and New Year.

Ali discovered Point Reyes Country Inn on-line and it has turned out to be beautiful. For sure we'll come again in the summer months. The accommodation and breakfast are splendid and good value. There's a lot to do in this area if you like hill walking. Loads of trails of varying difficulty. Or just relax at the Inn and let the world worry elsewhere.

In addition to the Inn, they also have cottages nearby. There are also stables with family accommodation. It would be great to bring the holiday "gang" here for a long weekend. And it's only 90 miles from home. Highly recommended.
