New Year's Evening

Christmas 2011 (9 of 9) :

Penny and Andrew and family had been in Arizona over the holidays and we kept their car in our parking garage. They were arriving back at San Jose on the train "The Coast Startlight" at 8:30pm. Sandy and Nadine were joining the same train to head up to Oregon. So we met them for dinner and then went to the station.

This has been one of the best Christmas breaks we've ever had. I've enjoyed every moment of the holidays. It all started with the Whale Lighting. We were at the Poje's on Christmas Eve, and had Michelle and family as guest on Christmas Day. Ali and I had a 2 night mini-vacation in Marin County, and then some running on New Year's Day. All in all, it's been great.
