Phatch 0.28 Prereleases for Mac

The PKG and APP releases have the same contents. The PKG release is a package (installer) and requires Admin privileges to install. The APP release can be copied anywhere in the file system. For that matter, you can run it directly from the DMG without bothering to install it at all!

PKG Installer - double click Phatch.pkg to install.
